If the student has a complaint that needs to be addressed, the student should discuss the situation or concern with an educator. If further action is desired, the student should submit a written complaint in accordance with the complaint procedure policy that is given to students during orientation. The student is required to try to resolve the problems through The Academy’s complaint process, prior to filing a complaint with The Academy’s accrediting agency.
